Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. No job security No company policy Too much internal politics There was no management in the work even employer does not have any superior control and management. Employer friend ruled the work premises and his friend is absconded from USA.
