The colleagues are very supportive and the culture is very friendly. There is no micro management and timings are not very stringent. I like working here as I get to learn a lot.

No job security No company policy Too much internal politics There was no management in the work even employer does not have any superior control and management. Employer friend ruled the work premises and his friend is absconded from USA.
