Nothing like one would like it..it was overall an worst experience to work with. Students are obviously good but college staff and management is very poor infrastructure is terrible. and working over there is a just a waste of time

Dislikes

They don't respect there employee at all. If you just want the tag of Vjti in your CV then must go for it. But at the end of the day u will find nothing but disappointment. Forget growth and increment in salary. Rather they decrease it.

The one who works here would be able to connect with a lot of faculty who have deep contacts in the industry and might help you get a better career growth.
