Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

In V Care hospital I worked as a fresher. Salary was 8000rs. / Month. Accommodation was free. I learned from the hospital and senior staffs and doctors are well communicated and good teacher. I learned so many things regarding nursing skills in V Care Hospital, R. T. Nagar, Bangalore.

There was no weekly off, which I disliked. Monthly only 4 days was we can take leave. But no weekly off. If we will take leave means we should convince our reliever to do the duration of my duty hour.

This institution has the potential to out do other competitors in the same vicinity. They offer the latest technology available in the industry. They offer the best compensation for your work load. The scheduling is set, so you know your posting ahead of time. I was part of their team, and enjoyed every moment of it, the physicians are courteous and allow you to fulfill your capacity in your expertise. One of the best places for physicians in this area to work at. Good work environment and culture. Teamates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company polivies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.
