In V Care hospital I worked as a fresher. Salary was 8000rs. / Month. Accommodation was free. I learned from the hospital and senior staffs and doctors are well communicated and good teacher. I learned so many things regarding nursing skills in V Care Hospital, R. T. Nagar, Bangalore.

Dislikes

There was no weekly off, which I disliked. Monthly only 4 days was we can take leave. But no weekly off. If we will take leave means we should convince our reliever to do the duration of my duty hour.

Most importantly, all the employees are in direct communication with the proprietors and directors of the institution to help build the best environment for work and the patients that use the services. All services provided are reasonably priced.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company polivies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.
