This institution has the potential to out do other competitors in the same vicinity. They offer the latest technology available in the industry. They offer the best compensation for your work load. The scheduling is set, so you know your posting ahead of time. I was part of their team, and enjoyed every moment of it, the physicians are courteous and allow you to fulfill your capacity in your expertise. One of the best places for physicians in this area to work at. Most importantly, all the employees are in direct communication with the proprietors and directors of the institution to help build the best environment for work and the patients that use the services. Work Details

Mostly exciting, the work revolves around caring for the patients that present themselves at the emergency/casualty. Occasionally you are required to go on rounds in the wards to care for the patients. This place presents a good learning environment.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teamates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company polivies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.
