Almost everything. A great place to work, excellent work culture and growth opportunities. Compensation and benefits are quite satisfactory. It is very important to understand if you are truly aligned with the vision and missions of the company. A flat architecture and the leadership team is easily approachable.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
