Supportive team leader but there is no work like balance in this company

There is no work like balance very long working hours and lot of politics some team leaders use bad language and offensive comments no action from higher authority no Hr In office we are pressurised alot to work for 10-11 hours a day and 6 days a week some times 7 days a week no proper facilities from companies side we were not provided a laptop and dongle when asked we were told to find out own solution and when we complained about network issues had to hear shoutings from team leader that it's your problem sort it out work space quality is also very poor not even a single coffee machine in a space 20 people they make 40 people sit it's very hard to concentrate on with so much crowd and we hardly can move our chair and there lot more cons...Read More

Too much politics, un fit people hired to run stuff , people with no ed tech experience in top most management ruining the culture which was before, RM's with zero management skills and in house TL's who only know how to close deals , not run teams. Pathetic work environment with the one's in top running fanatical and stupid decisions just because they happen to have some sort of experience more, less the brains. Too many ring leaders calling shots, where there is no hierarchy and anyone gets posted in any profile, the customer service team is pathetic and a lot of people working there who are unfit to even work in BPO's , with no soft skills. No proper hiring has been done most of the time. Its a mess. Plus no appreciation of talent , only unworthy people reaping all the benefits most of the time....Read More
