There nothing best about Vedantu . All we are asked to do is fake promises to our Cx.

Dislikes

Very Negative work culture. Dominating TL’s . Worked till 12 0 Clock in the night. If team performance is weak , all the team members are kept in office till 10:30 pm -11 pm . No job security where initially Hr promise many things but when you’re on the floor there’s tons of T&C which we need to follow and if not you’re forced by Hierarchy to resign .

No job security there they can throw you anytime when they want less employees

Dislikes

TL, CH , RH none of them are supporting in nature. Leads quality are too bad . They want you to do some magic and convert leads into sale but most of the leads disconnects calls after hear vedantu.
