I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

One thing is good, you can learn many of new technologies.

Dislikes

They told you that, increased your salary 8k to 15k after provision period and then without any reason, they did not increase salary and if you want leave for your personal reason they tortured you like, what you do today at that time.
