Learning process is most important aspect while working in Vedanta. You can learn a lot within short period of time.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Work culture is not so good as if there is perciality while taking the credibility of the job and also growth is somewhat depending on the relations that is maintained with your superiors even if if you work hard.
