Work culture experience in Vedanta is good. Work load was shared equally between individuals and have time for family. Company promotes innovation and also gives rewards for it if project is successful. Also there are many other good things about Vedanta.

Strike happens regularly atleat once a year due to difference in opinion between management and union.

The company is good for learning and upgradation. One can maintain work life balance well enough, company policy is good at all levels especially the medical facility. Best part is team work, fellow mates are really good enough in helping and motivating to reach our targets.

Dislikes

A common point despite of any company is growth, growth is slow though compensation is decent. Though team supports you, during appraisal time you get same answer always.
