I don’t like anything about this company. Toxic work culture, extreme politics, less career growth and low quality clerical work. Follow up culture and bureaucracy. Leaders don’t have empathy here. Directly firing freshers in their probation period and even senior executives are getting fired for unethical and corruption cases. Extremely political and environment. Transparency and flow of information is very poor or nil. Core values of this company are simply jokes. Frustrating and discriminating division of work. This company is not for young people life is restricted to only plant and township tier 4 city boring life. Retrenching employees without givingany notice period by ruining the life of freshers and experienced professionals both. Please don’t come to this company they show very high package in Offer Letter but variable pay out is zero even not giving fixed part fully. Before reaching the age of retirement it’s good to get into such company to show power and suppress others. There is no professionalism or system here only rubbish processes. No proper strategy.
