Only good thing about company is that they provide 3 days working and 3 days off so it's good of you want to paln holidays you just have to apply 3 days leave and can enjoy 9 days off

Please don't join, there's no job guarantee. Any time they can fire you with immediate effect white out any reason. They don't fallow any structure of performance and feedback system. In office they can use unethical slangs, please don't join and rune your career. Even the head of the company hates Hindu or other culture as he is a Cristian, you never get a leave for Hindu or other fastival. One of the worst companies ever worked in. Waste of time and waste of skills working in this company. Matthew, Girish, Ishani and Deepika are the three main people who run the company and screw people's lives to maintain their company or keep going. Freshers and experienced do not waste your time and ruin your life.
Dislikes
No life, no personal time, they force you to work on your week offs. Or they blackmail you as well. HR is a puppet and dance to every song that management plays. They accuse you of not performing well or accuse you misbehaved with some employee which is already arranged by management.
