Have worked since 2018. There is no career growth there is no appraisal.. The working culture is totally disappointed and very unsatisfied with their norms and protocols. They're forcing to work extra hours with no benefits. If you go there definitely you'll sacrifice the time spending with your family and friends. Please think twice before you starting the career with this organization
