...ted with Vcare for the past 4 years. They have one of the best management teams. My salary hike was good which many companies in this field don't give.

All depends on Team Leads, whether he has any working knowledge or not. After some time there will be regret of joining no leave policy salary will get deducted if any leave taken, also you have to work on weekends for free o cost. No work life balance

2 days salary deductions For coming late 5 min No pf No insurance No on time salary Simply no growth No national holidays nor double pay Mandatory to work on holidays They collect originals of all the school and degree

... and they won't pay for that no proper timing ,u have to call centre work also . Suddenly they shift u branches without proper intimation if not they will threaten u that they won't pay u salary . They stop ur incentive by creating new rules suddenly

I worked as a consultant, you will get good salary benefits

Literally everything, since I joined vcare they are pressuring us to complete the target, they are squeezing us like bottle. They will not respect your qualifications. When you get into vcare you are not doctor, you are just a sales man.
