Designation: Consultant Doctor

Location: Chennai - Ambattur, Erode, Hosur

Qualification: BAMS, BHMS, BDS, BNYS, BSMS.

Work Mode: Work from office

Languages Must: Fluency of speaking in Hindi is mandatory ,Tamil and English

Training Policy

As per standard Operating Policy it is mandatory to undergo the Training for a period of Max 2 weeks for all the consultant doctors/ABM/BM at our corporate office Chennai location.

Salary would be calculated and paid from day one of the consultants/ABM/BM joining with our corporate office.

As per our Company policy Consultant to and fro travel tickets would be booked by the Corporate HR team.

During training period Standard accommodation would be provided & booked by the company for your entire training period with us at our corporate office.

During training period company cab would be provided to and fro between corporate offices to Hotel accommodation.

You will be eligible to get claim of your local transport from you residence to bus/Train Terminus as per company policy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

online consultation for customer.

Greets potential customers, listens to their needs and problems, and steers them toward products and services that can help them to address their needs of the potential customer.

The ability to understand and utilize a large volume of product information and sector expertise to solve Customer inquiries and provide solutions.

Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.

Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily customer reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual Reports.

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Works with Branch Manager and other inter-departments to constantly improve customer-facing communications and product/Service information by sharing client feedback gained in the clinical consultants.

Serves customers by meeting customer needs and promoting products and services.

Required Skills:

speaking fluency in Hindi and Good English Communication Required
