Very poor working process,Only pressure generate on sales team but don't want to hire credit team,Ops team,technical team in cluster level.Focused only on cost cutting.Claims and incentive not given on fix time.Police wise dull policy.Overall this time worst process to provide customer service .

working culture-Very bad Politics is very high.Claim and incentive structure hidden.Incentive deduction.Never claim for claim amount if you will do it you will not favorite.Contribute from your salary to visit on own funds.Please avoid to work here.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
