Very much politics. They don’t treat with respect though being dr. If you raise any concern to superiors they will blame you for your work instead of solving your concern.

The team is very competitive and helpful , all the departments are great managers and staff and Hr department simply great , always motivating , and ready to stand by in times of adversities, would like to recommend to join the company , as it is great chance to develop skills

As I have a family 4 to support , the payment is a bit problem for me which is difficult to suffice, rest all is fine

Nothing much! Except work from home but now that too is not at all employee friendly

Firstly is the management! No proper management, dictatorship by higher management, they want us to work out of office hours to achieve their desired targets. No consideration of what issues employee is facing. Their word is ur command attitude by the management. Vasta was a good employee friendly company few years ago. Now as it has grown and OMEGA MERGER has made life difficult to work here. U have prohance and they monitor every second of ur life. U have to give details for a 5 min of break. Lastly, they do not pay even bare minimum. If i disclose my salary half of the applicants would withdraw from the applications. No incentives, increments or bonuses. No growth opportunitiesor IJPs. Appraisals are given for the sake of giving that to they will give any kind of nonsense explanations to just cut down on appraisals. PLEASE DO NOT come here if you are already working somewhere. Life is going to be extra pathetic. All the good reviews are given only by Management and their pets. People are still here since they HIGHLIGHT WORK FROM HOME, itherwise 80% of the employees would have left sooner. But better find somewhere where u can go to office., not here....Read More
