Company wise its very good lot's learning opportunities and HR automation and good environment to work.

Salary increment is not up to the market standards, No uniformity in terms of salary fixation same grade employee have a big salary difference, No culture no value for HR department, only account and commercial team dominates. No work life balance, out dated policy, no culture. Its a person oriented company nor policy/ system oriented its lala a company. No proper promotion police's.
