When I joined Varthana, it was a great place to work. However, it is important to review the board regularly rather than waiting too long and taking proper action. This makes the organization better and more successful, as I experienced when I first joined Varthana.

Dislikes

The Varthana culture used to be great, but the arrival of some autocratic leaders has destroyed the environment. These leaders have caused a heavy bias, brought internal office politics, and caused good people to be pushed out of the system. This has ruined the company's culture and caused a great deal of disruption .
