There is a many things for dislike the first one i was work in forging plant as a lathe operator in tool room the company rules regulations is very bad Without any notice, many workers were thrown out of the company, including me. The staff behavior of the company is very bad.

Training is not given by any one, they only maintain the record on paper by taking signs of the employees, their is no job security & no career growth, very bad working environment, no innovation, work-life balance is very poor, salary is pending upto 2 months. They only maintain the all the documents on paper but actual condition are very bed at the time of working. Working hours always 12-15hrs daily but they say only 8hrs. Behavior towards employees is very bed, no medical facility available at the time of injury. For engineers they behave like helper boy only. They dont provide experience certification ....Read More
