There is absolutely nothing you can possibly like about am extremely toxic work environment such as this. It was one of the biggest mistake of mine to accept their offer Pros: i still am trying to figure out one. Probably 9.5 hours of working hours with strict punch in and punch out Cons: -Unprofessional (they have fired people withone day's notice, they don't issue service letter of they have a personal vendetta against you) -the worse HR system. They don't bother listening to you rather will feed personal feedbacks about employees to the management and that affects the ratings and appraisal and what not - management ( it is literally being run on the mood of few people at the top. Abuses in the meetings, screaming, smashing on the table are the normal meeting behaviour particularly in one business unit - office parties (they aren't parties but am open ground where you will be judged and made fun of - career growth (the company itself lacks a clear sense of direction so forget about your growth)...Read More

I have written a lot already but just to reiterate, just see their attrition rates it's probably more than 50% since March 2022. Any one with a sense of basic mental stability chooses to just leave this organisation in the mess that it is coz if you try to speak the truth (the 'management' will not like it and you will be screamed at in front of many people at multiple occasions. They think because they pay you (which imo is WAYYY lower than the industry standards) they OWN you.
