Freedom to work as per my own understanding. Many company claims that they give freedom to work but in reality things were different, but here at Varenyam they gives that freedom. Top management listen there employees point of view, and try to incorporate that for employees maximum benefits. They push every individual to give there best. But few people tries to reduce Varenyam rating socially out of immaturity. We can not rate anyone until and unless we rate first ourselves.
