You get a chance to work on different technologies. Cross Skilling training would be given to get adapted to the new tech stack with respect to the project.

No work life balance. Hikes aren't that great. Not so employee friendly. You dont a chance to work on your area of interest.

Only thing I like about Valuemomentum is the job security

Culture is mostly with respect to Hyderabad. If working from Pune location. You are bound to be either a single or with one other resource. Rest of the folks or team would be from Hyderabad. Working from office is no use since one has to communicate online which can be done from home as well. Appraisals are not based on rating received. Promotion is really slow for kost of the people

People who are working there from very long time. One incident is that, Testing team convinced Manager to make development team to do testing, even though we don’t have time and it’s not in our bucket. Everyone has own job and responsibilities. It not like Testing team going to pick up development when we are in pinch. Manager doesn’t have slightest clue that everyone and team has their tasks. They came to our college for placement and took 5 interview rounds. 1. Aptitude and English 2. Coding 3. GD 4. Technical Interview 5. Hr Interview. I have successfully qualified all rounds, they sent me an offer letter but after making me wait for about 1 year to join. They took all the exams again, failed us, and finally rejected us. Making our career hell. Now we all are finding jobs again.

Job security is at the lowest level. After providing the offer letter, they make me wait 8 months for the joining letter. After so many emails they replied at last with a qualification exam in which I failed and they rejected me. This is not only me all of my friends were rejected. This was on campus placement.

Peak level micromanagement. We have fill out our work hours for each task in excel every day to the minute detail. No Work life balance. Lot of politics . No support from manager when there is bad client.
