People who are working there from very long time. One incident is that, Testing team convinced Manager to make development team to do testing, even though we don’t have time and it’s not in our bucket. Everyone has own job and responsibilities. They came to our college for placement and took 5 interview rounds. 1. Aptitude and English 2. Coding 3. GD 4. Technical Interview 5. Hr Interview. I have successfully qualified all rounds, they sent me an offer letter but after making me wait for about 1 year to join. They took all the exams again, failed us, and finally rejected us. Making our career hell. Now we all are finding jobs again.

Dislikes

Job security is at the lowest level. After providing the offer letter, they make me wait 8 months for the joining letter. After so many emails they replied at last with a qualification exam in which I failed and they rejected me. This is not only me all of my friends were rejected. This was on campus placement.

Micro Management on status updates, Worst place to start career as fresher, Do not follow scrum estimates/work given on daily basis without estimates, Office politics are on whole different level, Work for 14-15 hours to complete daily tasks, Tech lead do not assist the team and work in dictatorship mode. Better join tier 1 MNC’s like tcs cts infy Wipro for proper work life balance

Worst managers. Too much favouritism. Most of the managers are long term employees of the company and they don’t have any ethics or eligibility. They just do politics and they promote only their puppets. If you want to survive here you must have political skills or delivery managers blessings. You have to work more than 12 hours still you can’t guarantee your job or hikes
