they do not allocate according to a person skill, very poor management ,HR is a limp,1000's of them but of no use, no employee friendly and not at all a women friendly company. none or 1 or two lady in leadership but only those who are some top management people's relatives are hired at the leadership position. dumbest of project managers and delivery managers who have no idea what they are doing and why thy are there. you will be made to do testing even if you have the capability and designation as a PM. in the name of policy they have nothing,they do not have notice period buyout they will release you early and then will deduct money for all the hard earned money.beware to work in this company as whatever skill you possess when you will come out of it you will not remain employable in other companies.they have some useless automation framework ,good for nothing....Read More

Culture is mostly with respect to Hyderabad. If working from Pune location. You are bound to be either a single or with one other resource. Rest of the folks or team would be from Hyderabad. Working from office is no use since one has to communicate online which can be done from home as well. Appraisals are not based on rating received. Promotion is really slow for kost of the people

They came to our college for placement and took 5 interview rounds. 1. Aptitude and English 2. Coding 3. GD 4. Technical Interview 5. Hr Interview. I have successfully qualified all rounds, they sent me an offer letter but after making me wait for about 1 year to join. They took all the exams again, failed us, and finally rejected us. Making our career hell. Now we all are finding jobs again.

Job security is at the lowest level. After providing the offer letter, they make me wait 8 months for the joining letter. After so many emails they replied at last with a qualification exam in which I failed and they rejected me. This is not only me all of my friends were rejected. This was on campus placement.
