There is no growth. They don't even use autocad. All automation in drafting work you will be known as typing operator after few years as they use inbuilt software which is no use. Lot of politics done by HR. Females can get growth if they have good relationship with HR department. Total company is handled by HR guys just for name it's MNC rest useless. No job security.
