All rewire written is wrong and written by hr favourite team .

There is no growth. They don't even use autocad. All automation in drafting work you will be known as typing operator after few years as they use inbuilt software which is no use. Lot of politics done by HR. Females can get growth if they have good relationship with HR department. Total company is handled by HR guys just for name it's MNC rest useless. No job security. You can be told any time without any reason to leave the company by HR team even if you have done 10 number of years. Not hod job is secured....Read More

100% unprofessional approach while dealing with Indian employees. Hires employees in India because of relatively cheapest labor available in the world. Then simply denies to pay any variable/ appraisals. Zero appraisal/ zero variable pay policy ONLY FOR INDIAN EMPLOYEES . Join at your own risk.
