I lost my job due to covid-19 and in no way I was supported by the Valeo team members to retain. I got this in the last minute and on the same day they relieved. This is not good at all. We have family and other commitments too. When they need you, they will be there and when they dont want, they will throw you out.

Dislikes

Policies and People, work culture is bad and no job guaranteed.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There are three types of payroll systems here. Valeo, Adecco and Toshall. While taking the freshers or new employees they are not telling under which payroll you are going to be. Valeo payroll is the best for everything with more salary and more hikes. But others are with less salary, less benefits and less hikes. But nowadays for valeo employees also hike is very less.
