No work life balance, no proper management, waste of HR process. Specially no job security. In my batch we joint 12 employees on July 2024 now writing this on September we all are left this fake company. No salary on time. Salary date is different for each employee. Some time you remember them for salary. If you are planing to join vakil search zolvit pls stay away. Rodwy company.

It doesn't matter how much time you've worked, whether the leads are of good quality, or if you weren't assigned the best leads—if you don’t meet your revenue goals, termination is a possibility. This is a reality in every company, but it can be challenging if you are looking to move to a different field later on. Therefore, it's better to start your career in a good domestic or international BPO, as that will give you transferable skills for the future. Friendly seniors and managers. Target based work but end so pressure is always there.

Dislikes

No work culture. Work on Saturdays and Sundays. And for the work that we do there is no proper recognition. No work life balance. Hike is very low and growth is even sluggish.
