Never join. Especially if you are not a South Indian. This organization is totally biased. They will give you 4 times more work load than a South Indian employee and if you will not work well, they will create such politics that you are forced to resign. All their reviews are paid reviews which we were forced to get from clients. I have been part of Big4 and many good organizations and this by far is the worst firm to be associated with. No matter what, don't join this toxic organization else you will soon regret. I have seen in my 1 and half tear tenure people leaving organization in bulk in 2-3 months post joining. HR furthermore is worst. Only initially she will be good to you after that she forgets her manners and just don't care. It's a best company ever seen. Mr. Hrishikesh is the CEO of the company...he's great and he is very much helpfully person...about company...we have a good future and even I have worked at vakilsearch but for some personal reason I had to quit...if I get one more chance would surely work...

Friendly seniors and managers. Target based work but end so pressure is always there.

No work culture. Work on Saturdays and Sundays. And for the work that we do there is no proper recognition. No work life balance. Hike is very low and growth is even sluggish.
