Everything. Pathetic organisation to work for. Horrible experience. Non deserving people placed at important positions. No respect for any employee. People at higher position have no required knowledge and are simply playing with clients time and treating their subordinates horribly. Terrible terrible place to work and terrible place to go as a client.

In my batch we joint 12 employees on July 2024 now writing this on September we all are left this fake company. No salary on time. Salary date is different for each employee. Some time you remember them for salary. If you are planing to join vakil search zolvit pls stay away. Rodwy company.
