Work environment was quite good. Seniors were supportive and caring. No work load, overall it was a good experience.. I am Happy to being a part of Vaco Binary.

I won't say it disliking but yes the area where you can improve a bit more is salary and increments.. It can be more attractive😉

I never got bored from work or job. It is completely up to you. And if it is about me than i have always enjoyed my work at fullest.

If you are going as a Quality Analyst. Try if you can go to Amit Kumar-Quality Manager team. Otherwise you will suffer working with under qualified managers who survives just by buttering the senior level management and their suppressing approach. No growth, no learning and only favouritism. Pathetic top leadership with zero focus on people.

Dislike Everything in Quality. Wrong and under qualified people in leadership. The top leadership is happy with only those who believe in buttering the senior level management.

I had the best time in Vaco binary. They use to guve all the benefits to there employees without any extra charge. They have a good client network which includes (Google, Deloitte, Tech mahindra, etc). Both side Cab Free food Vending and Nescafe card Appraisal and Promotions Good team managment Proper training Employee stock option

I enjoyed my time in Vaco Binary. They have super awesome facilities and employee welfare of top notch. So as of now nothing to dislike.

I have done 2 months contract job in Vaco Binary Semantics, I was working as a Independent employee and I have to promote Google's Application, Over all It was a good experience and my supervisor is very supportive.

Dislikes

On that time, there is nothing to dislike because I was in 2 months contract but currently I am working as a permanent employee in Vaco, And now I am facing some problems. There is nothing to learn. Sometimes I feel that I am wasting my career here but my Team leader is very supportive and he is very good human.
