Nothing to like about this company. All the PMs think of themselves as gods specially Sanjeev! What a useless creature he is! He is nothing but garbage! Egoistic and a chauvinist!

Dislikes

Transport department They provide cabs both side but your life is on god hands as mostly the drivers you are assigned with are sleep deprived and drive in their sleep. They don't kno how to map the route! Management - Management is a joke in this company most of the pms and leads gonna favour you if you are their L@p D@g. Posh is a joke in this company.

Work life balance is good because there is no office politics and fight for the work. Everything is clean and transparent.

Dislikes

Appraisal is low and your job fully depends upon the client business. After a long time you will not get promotion and hikes as management will say that we cannot provide you more salary.

No skill work and no learning No growth, this is organisation is for freshers come and work for 1-2 years and switch if you see any long term future then this is not the organisation because they are no giving you that amount of appraisal or growth. Comfort zone. If worked in this organisation then you will be trapped in comfort zone and it is very tough for you to leave this organisation or i say you not able to crack other organisations interview and if you cracked it then you can't work there for long time. If manager is toxic then no one is come to help you not even senior management. They are deaf. If you are going as a Quality Analyst. Try if you can go to Amit Kumar-Quality Manager team. Otherwise you will suffer working with under qualified managers who survives just by buttering the senior level management and their suppressing approach. No growth, no learning and only favouritism. Pathetic top leadership with zero focus on people.

TLs have high attitude specially that Himanshu Singhal - nothing in him to like TL , just doing his work , not listening to someone's case , monarchy behaviour, wants everyone to call him SIR (no organization has this policy to call Sir or mam) and the other one is KOMAL the so called HR , she behaves like school principle , doesntrespond on time , atleast 8 teams got fired by her. The work company is doing is just gambling. They collect trash then they try to clean it (based on certain assumptions and those assumptions keep changing). No Salary hike, No communication or Upskilling , Nothing but just pure Buttering, Time wasting, and dominance by earlier employees. They want you to Resign so that their mistaked kept hiding. They work on literally wild guessing. They call themselves MNC but its not. There is no Managemnt but only young people who completed grad or masters. No single old person is there.
