Dislikes

Work culture is not good plus job security is always questionable as it's depend upon the client. Salary is very low, Salary sometimes not credited on time and got late.

Salary increments are not given on time. HR team is not cooperative. There are very few opportunities for promotion. Even if it happens, there is no special benefit from it.

There is a very bad working culture. There is a workers' union, which you cannot reduce by putting pressure, not even by management. In-charge having on the shop floor is gone mentally and physically harrassed. I have never seen such a worst work culture in the industry.
