BEL is a PSU organization. Here I wrote, what are Pros and cons working there as a Contract employee and as a Trainee. Pros: 1. Peaceful and well established organization to work with. 2. Friendly boss and co workers. 3. Centralized organization so less working pressure (I mean you will have work all the time yet (mostly) no intervention from other people to give priority to any particular work) Permanent employees facilitated with lot of opportunities to learn new things and grow themselves along with other perks and allowances....Read More

1. Often you would feel like a third person inside the company. They will treat you that way. Company will offer better facilities to permanent employees and nothing to contract employees and trainees. 2. No growth opportunities and any other benefits to the Contract Employees. So If you got work on contract basis don't stay more than a year.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
