Very critical... Since last 2months company didn't give us a single penny 😓right now we're doing overtime without fearing of our life.. Instead of giving salary and job security they are firing staff from the company... Already many staffs are fired and in upcoming days more will have to exit from the company..For the month of June employees have to work 30days without weekly off and will get only 50% of their salary... Id like to advice peoples those who are interested to work with this organization please think twice before you make choice... Thank you...Read More

Team mates are very cooperative and supportive.

Dislikes

Work environment is worst. Upper level management is pathetic. The work pressure is huge. Every day have to work for 12 to 16 hours still there is no appreciation. Unnecessary report are being asked to provide at faster pace. No SOP at all. Top level management attitude towards the store team is very poor.

It was very painful. I will never re-join there and will never recommend to anyone to work there

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
