There is nothing to mention, which I mostly like in this company. I have been there as a Senior Manager from 2017 to 2023 . But there is no such kind of feelings or satisfaction which I can share with you. I will suggest everyone not to join this company.

Dislikes

The most unprofessional Microfinance Company I have ever seen in Eastern India. Both MD & Operation Director are not enough educated, that is why they always prefer to hire less educated people. They always fear to think that professional staff will start dominating to them if they join. For example an Arts Graduate, non technical staff is their IT Manager & an Arts graduate is there HR manager. You have to deal with dirty office politics in each department if you want to continue your job there. Skill employees are always less important to management, rather management prefer those employees who can comfortable in oiling & buttering. They hired employees in lowest salary. I will suggest everyone not to join this company those who want to with a good working ambiance. This company is not conducive for your future happiness. They hired professional, after than start ignoring them. People with less experience & education will sit on your head, and they will lead. For example working here can sometimes feel like you are working in Mughal or Talibani empire....Read More
