Appraisal and promotion purely based on how well you know for your managers. not based on your performance. They make you work on different skill set when they don't have relevant projects for you.

They should hire more SE , SSE, and lead engineers instead of just hiring the top management people. Producing quality is not much of a concern to them.

BU Unit head who beacame CTO is a nut case fellow . protecting his stupid people specially belongs from his state & more worst is company management & even cofounders dont give a damn about this . even if u raise a voice no one will listen to u .
