Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supported. Company police are good and give bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lots of management policies and doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent but careers growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting but struggled a bit in the beginning as there is no formal training session but briefing by managers. I got a multiple chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me lot to get the different roles within the same team.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
