Seniors never support and always tries to insult, Training is nuisance, Job security zero, career growth zero, salary low, politics on extreme, self-learning is good, the work environment is poor, it feels that you are sitting in a fish pond. Monthly award to good sales and best attendance is given to those who are close to management. Reward/award is only "clap". Directors do not have time to discuss the problems of their own staff. They never stay on their word of mouth....Read More
