If I will talk about training it was zero there is no guidance for new joiner did not get opportunity to talk about my problem.even at the increment time senior did not give that right to me.according to me everyone should get same opportunity. I was very happy when I joined fujiyama...but now I am thinking I was worst experience...

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
