I Utkal they are deviding all the employees as LMS and HMS I personally don't like this bcz all we are working hear we are a family member so in family no partision required and due to this one of our hindalco value that is seamlessness can't follow.And one more thing is all the top management does not interact with their LMS subordinate.

People who have strived to elevate the company to what it is today to be profitable. Management doesn't bother to listen to its people who have really contributed for it's stellar performance

Dislikes

MD of the company doesn't have the acumen to know the ground reality. Dwells in an orchestrated cultural transformation program called shillim , however the reality is buried and the people who in reality are the agents for change are undermined. Physic persons like Kailash Pandey are called out as champions though they are actually the tormentor and aligned to one persons instruction.
