Free food a transport. Worst company to work with. It’s better to work at a general store as management , managers , senior leaderships like svp, vp, gm , sups are extremely unprofessional. Vp and earlier gm now avp at occ behaves like lala in the company. Mr. Vikram oberoi I either making fool of himself or behaving unknown.

Everything . Aunties in group and profile team are working here will make sure that you’re thoroughly tortured. They will not miss single opportunity to pass unhealthy comments. The Hr manager is the most unprofessional person. You won’t get anything expect disappointment.

More of favouritism and relationships Manager doesn't support their team If person is sick then manager gives LWP/ off after we have 7 sich leave policy Less learning plus more of demotivation I want to continue work with Oberoi but my manager ask me for resignation and none of from the H.R / G.M took feedback regarding leaving the company We have standards but we don't have resourses or assets to fullfill standard Gives importance only VIP guest not every guest Senior using abusing words for juniors After complaint regarding managers no one took action We are working as team but still people and senior team members insult each other as trainee new joinie Hotel is good for guest but there is nothing for staff ( no rights to complain and all). If sometimes meal was missed them manager don't agree for miss meal they just say everyday you are having food if not one day then what will be happen etc....Read More

Working in oberoi hotels helps you to make present minded and to work in busy environment and to tackle in difficult situations.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance in oberoi hotels and no recognition for ur work, less salary no promotions and shifts hours goes for at least 11 hrs to 14 hrs and u won't receive comp offs or extra salary for over times also te mana management very poor they don't know how to manage staffing and their always understaff and hires only freshers no a single experience person to held other staffs they are just money oriented company and they don't care about their staff. I did not like anything because the staff are making dirty videos and posting on hotel groups The senior captains are planning this in banquet They tocher very badly and they also not let us work peacefully so please try to improve this

The staff is allowed to remove videos in washroom and senior captain allow them to do this in banquet they tocher their staff please try to solve this problem
