Career opportunities are fairly high here. Best hotel brand for sure in india as per Travel plus leisure.

Working hours are slightly more than 12 hours a day. Working culture is unfair. Management has their own favourites. Good work rarely appreciated.

Simple and transparent policy. And excellent salary structure. Tremendous working freedom and learning is infinity.

Working hours are quite tough and everybody is aware of that. Rest everything is just marvelous.

Working in oberoi was wonderful experience. Sometimes it was boring and at the same time it was amazing and sometimes hectic as well. But at the end you will leave for the day with having complete satisfaction about your efforts and performance.

As I have said there is nothing to be dislike if you are passionate about the job you can work for 24 hrs if you are not you will be dislike that job.so less social life,less self life overall how do you take it.
