first thing i had fixed term contract then i worked the whole lockdown away from my family when they didn't had employees because all were gone to there homes and some of us who stayed in gurgaon or delhi were working in the hotel and when there staff came back after lockdown they first renewed the contract for 3 months and then they cancelled it and ended the contract if they knew that they are going on loss then why did they renewed the contract at the first place and then lockdown ended there employees came back then just kicked us out, this the worst thing i have been faced and i am very angry about that from oberoi group about this if they call me now that they are hiring me as a permanent staff i would not go back even if they are giving me double amount of salary i worked in banquet in lockdown risking my life, my profile was food and beverage associate, but agreed to work at dishwasher, washing dishes straight for 10 hours doing 18 hrs shift but they didn't cared about our hard work and threw us out...Read More

It is a very good company to work with . Who want to start their carrier in hotel industry should start from Oberoi group because here u will learn better by training classes in every weak and English classes in every week .

When I used to work in the bar with the Oberoi gurgaon,I got good teammates.We always tried to made a unique drinks. Overall this is the best place to work and good for carrier pathway.
