"I would strongly advise anyone considering USEReady to think carefully before joining. My experience was very negative, particularly regarding the workplace culture and management approach. The support for employees is inconsistent, and the treatment of individuals with medical or personal challenges lacks empathy and understanding. Despite claims of a supportive environment, certain team members in the Mohali office, including Meghna, Sheetal, Saurabh, and Shubham, displayed behavior that made the work environment feel hostile rather than collaborative. Unfortunately, issues with leadership add to these concerns. The focus on favoritism and the lack of genuine support from senior leaders have created a challenging atmosphere. Work-life balance need to be better- most of the folks who are serious about work they log in from 10.00 AM till 11.30PM for some its even late in the night. Few of the architects think themselves as gods due to whatever reason and are very arrogant in nature.
