Sometimes you'll have to be in multiple shoes. It's a good experience to understand your pitfalls and what's it to be in that role.

Fully WFH due to covid, flexible timing depending on project and client.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

The work culture is good, open management.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Narrow vision, though they have multiple departments, pressuring employees to over commit and work under stress, work on muliple time contraint client projects and work more than 150% and over weekends, undercutting during salary negotiations.
