These people won't give 2-3 days time for employees to even understand what exactly the job is. From the day 1 itself they start asking for sales and targets. One of worst work culture I have seen till date.

Dislikes

Even after completing target salary will be held for no particular reason at all. For one month salary you'll have to struggle for 2-3 months. And RSM is radiculos, whenever he takes meeting which is once in 15 days , he talks about importance of time and how we should achieve Target on daily basis for continuous 3-4 hours. But for your salary time or date isn't important. You should support him in sales even if you don't get salary for 2-3 months inspite achieving target. He's worst kind of human being I have ever seen....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
