Role Overview:

- As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring efficient loan processing.

- You will also lead a team of loan portfolio counselors, fostering exceptional service and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

- Coordinate with financial institutions for seamless loan processing and approvals.

- Analyze financial data and market trends to provide insightful solutions to clients.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of loan portfolio counselors to achieve team targets.

- Ensure adherence to compliance and internal processes while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Sales, Relationship Management, and Business Development, preferably in the financial services or banking sector.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze financial data and trends for informed decision-making.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team performance and motivation.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Certifications in Sales or Financial Services (NISM) are a plus.
